Mission: The mission of Maralee McKee's Manners Mentor, Inc ®, "Become a Manners Mentor"™ is to provide an extraordinary business and ministry opportunity for a select circle of women with a heart of servitude to influence a generation.
 
Vision: "Maralee McKee's Manners that Matter"™ etiquette curriculum will be known as the essential ingredient in a child's lifetime social success. It will become the most highly regarded classes for children, tweens and teens in the United States and beyond. Independent Manners Mentors™ will be sought after by parents clamoring to enroll their children and will positively impact our society's understanding of the need and value of manners, etiquette, civility, kindness and other-centered interactions.
 
Values: As Independent Manners Mentors™ we understand that in life we are only blessed so that we might bless others.

We are servant leaders with a heart of gratitude for the opportunity to positively impact the lives of children, tweens, teens and their families.

We seek to learn more daily. We know that we do not have all the answers so we strive to know better the One who does.

We do not work to find fame, fortune or to fill a personal need through our Independent Manners Mentor™ business. We know that in seeking these things that if found they will be hollow. The riches of friendship, mentoring and a life well lived brings true joy and peace.

We strive to live our lives as examples of what we teach and believe. We understand that if our public selves or only window dressing than our reflection will be dimmed and short lived.

We treat each student and his or her parent(s) as highly esteemed guests.

We seek to build the business of each Independent Manners Mentor™ as we seek to grow our own. We are not competitors but co-laborers eager to share best practices, friendship and encouragement with one another.
